Delivery
We endeavour to despatch orders the same working day.
During busy periods such as sale time we cannot guarantee all items will be in stock, if this happens you will be refunded as soon as possible.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home a card will be left with a contact to rearrange delivery. It may be more convenient to use a work address for delivery.
Delivery charges are as follows
UK £5.00 usually next working day delivery but always within 2 working days
Europe £5.00 delivery usually within 3 working days but may be longer depending on the relevant countries mail service.
Rest of the world £10.00 delivery within 5 working days
Orders outside the EU may be liable to import duty which is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you do wish to return the goods for any reason, please do so within 14 days enclosing the returns sheet sent with the order.
We can only accept items that are returned unused with original tags attached and have not been worn or altered.
Returns from the USA must have a customs declaration attached stating returning goods originating from the EEC and the box OTHER ticked.
We are not liable for the payment of return postage.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.
