During busy periods such as sale time we cannot guarantee all items will be in stock, if this happens you will be refunded as soon as possible.

UK delivery is usually withing 1 to 2 working days.

Europe delivery usually within 3 working days.

Worldwide delivery usually within 4 working days

Orders outside the EU may be liable to import duty which is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you do wish to return the goods for any reason, please do so within 14 days enclosing the returns sheet sent with the order. Refunds are processed weekly but please allow up to 14 days, you will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed.

We can only accept items that are returned unused with original tags attached and have not been worn or altered. Sorry we cannot accept returns on underwear unless faulty.

Returns from the USA must have a customs declaration attached stating returning goods originating from the EEC and the box OTHER ticked.

We are not liable for the payment of return postage.
